Besides many useful tips, I have also read there about natural nutritional supplements, which help athletes and military to enhance their endurance. I have tried their NavySeal Formula by myself and was impressed how quickly my tone went up. I was able to double my distances and had enough energy even after the finish! This product makes my trainings much more effective.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13373902323993912098noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1333338347570460188.post-33256912678391388352012-06-14T04:34:48.213-07:002012-06-14T04:34:48.213-07:00I am not in the Loop, but I say just who cares abo...I am not in the Loop, but I say just who cares about conforming, be you, not just another peg in the hole.Christy @ My Dirt Road Anthem: A Runner's Bloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05571125963317402377noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1333338347570460188.post-10047755323857593602012-06-12T07:58:17.646-07:002012-06-12T07:58:17.646-07:00Thank you Jilly Beans. Especially next year when we attempt 50k #2 together!! :) I will get Meg and Karen all prepped to be our cheerleaders again.

I read a certain someone's note to a fancy hospital in MN and shook my head. A reason I had to remove myself from The Loop, it was just getting to be too much and I'm not one to scream and shout my opinion when information is misread. Easier for me to just slip away and hide. Or go for a run! Haha.

I run because it makes me a better me. I like to test my limits sometimes and see what I'm capable of...not because I have to be better than someone else or prove to anyone I can do it, but because it makes me stronger and a stronger me can face the world that much better. Testing my limits can come in short or long races...driving the distance doesn't make me stronger...doing something that terrifies me and succeeding makes me stronger. And I love proving to my children that just because something is hard doesn't mean it's not achievable. Dammit, we must finish that 50k next year! :)

You are a great man with a huge heart and sole. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I know B looks up and admires you, even though he can't really articulate it. I'm also truly sorry about your friend, such a tragedy to go so young.

Now slow your miles down or else!!! :)Jillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10174883718651790845noreply@blogger.com
